We want you to love your purchase. Please read the conditions below before returning items.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the EU may withdraw within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving reasons. Notify us by email, then return the items within 14 days after your notice.

Standard Returns (EU & US)

• Return window: 30 days from delivery unless stated otherwise.
• Condition: Unused, resellable, in original packaging with all accessories.
• Non-returnable: Personalized items, final-sale items, hygiene-sensitive goods once opened, and damage from misuse.

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@gutezeit.shop with order number, reason, and photos if damaged/defective.
2. We will provide the correct return address (EU/US warehouse) and instructions.
3. Pack securely; keep proof of postage.

Costs, Refunds & Exchanges

• Change-of-mind returns: return shipping is normally paid by the customer (unless local law requires otherwise).
• Defective/incorrect items: we will cover or reimburse reasonable return costs after verification.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after inspection.
• Need a different size/color? Place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
