Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the European Union (priority focus on Germany, France, Spain, Italy) and the United States.

Processing Time

• Orders process within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

Estimated Transit

• EU: 3–8 business days (Standard) from EU-based or partner warehouses; remote areas may take longer.
• USA: 4–9 business days (Standard); expedited options may be available at checkout.

Rates, Taxes & Duties

• Shipping rates are shown at checkout based on destination and weight/volume.
• EU VAT or US sales tax (where applicable) is calculated at checkout and shown on the receipt.
• If import duties apply outside the EU, we will display an estimate or notify you before shipment.

Tracking

We email tracking details when the parcel ships. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days after the processing window, please contact us.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and phone are correct. Re-delivery or return-to-sender fees caused by incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the buyer.

Delivery Issues

For damaged, short, or lost parcels, take photos at delivery and contact us immediately so we can open a carrier investigation.
