Terms of Service

Welcome to gutezeit.shop. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Contracting Party

Sales are provided by gutezeit, Volksgartenstraße 69, 41065 Mönchengladbach, Germany. Email: info@gutezeit.shop. Phone: +49 172 9619456.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and responsible for your account credentials and activities.

3. Products & Pricing

  • Prices and available currencies are shown at checkout. EU prices may include VAT depending on destination; US orders may include applicable sales tax.
  • We may correct obvious misprints and cancel orders created due to system errors or suspected fraud.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders for objective reasons (e.g., out-of-stock, verification failed).

5. Shipping & Delivery

Options, costs and estimates are displayed at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Force majeure or carrier delays are outside our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of goods. See Refund Policy for instructions and effects.

7. Returns & Warranty

Return windows and conditions follow the Refund Policy. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by PCI-compliant gateways; we do not store full card numbers. See Payment Policy.

9. User Conduct

No illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful use. No scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with our services.

10. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and page designs are protected. Commercial reuse requires written permission.

11. Privacy

We process personal data per our Privacy Policy (GDPR/CCPA).

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for mandatory consumer rights.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection of your habitual residence applies. Otherwise, German law applies without prejudice to mandatory local law. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; failing that, competent courts or agreed arbitration may apply.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated terms.
